Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Three years experience in business analysis, digital transformation, compliance, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of COSO, PCAOB, NIST, SOX, ISO, SOC I, SOC II, and GRC methodologies.
• Experience supporting process redesign, workflow automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Foundational understanding of AI-enabled systems and responsible AI applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Support process, risk, and control discussions to identify key controls and data dependencies.
• Promote control ownership and documentation expectations across teams.
• Analyze current processes to simplify workflows and improve efficiency via tech and AI.
• Document business processes, risks, controls, and decisions clearly.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and action items for timely reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on impact of changes.
