Job summary
Compunnel, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead digital transformation initiatives, bridge business objectives with technology solutions, and guide Agile delivery throughout the SDLC.
You will gather and analyze requirements, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and drive effective communication with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; SDLC experience.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Translate high-level needs into detailed functional/technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define scope, priorities, and solution requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs.
- Develop process flows, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and visual documentation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs with Product Owners and development teams.
- Monitor progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources.
