ECAM is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a defined territory, driving profitable new business in CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote monitoring. Expect uncapped commissions with an on-target earnings range of $175,000–$250,000 for top performers.

Hybrid work from Phoenix, AZ, with benefits and travel as needed. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, align with operations and marketing, and collaborate with leadership to deliver strong customer outcomes and post-sale

Qualifications

• Proven ability to win net-new business in a B2B security tech space.
• Strong track record navigating complex buying groups and multi-stakeholder approvals.
• Demonstrated CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for ECAM’s security solutions.
• Lead a consultative process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and business-case development.
• Create high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
