ECAM is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive profitable new business growth in CCTV, video surveillance, and live remote monitoring.

You will manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, collaborate with operations and marketing, and leverage an uncapped commission with on-target earnings of $175,000–$250,000 for top performers in a hybrid San Diego, CA role.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain driving eligibility.
• 2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience with quota attainment.
• Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• CRM discipline with forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for ECAM CCTV/Video solutions.
• Lead a consultative process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and business-case development.
• Create high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast in Salesforce with up-to-date milestones.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams for smooth implementation and post-sale experience.
• Support GTM initiatives and adapts to evolving business needs.
