Job summary

Action Packaging LLC in Caledonia, MI is seeking a Sales Manager to guide the sales team, promote the corporate vision, and drive customer acquisition and revenue.

You will coach Account Managers, manage forecasts, pricing, and relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners, while coordinating with design, customer service, production and shipping. 5+ years in B2B corrugated packaging is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably corrugated packaging.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage sales forecasts and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Experience with pricing strategy, customer profitability, sales pipeline management, and business development.
• Experience recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing sales professionals.
• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements and key financial performance indicators.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial information and make sound business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
