Willow Branch Landscapes is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth for our Commercial Landscaping division in the Spring Hill/Nashville area. You will focus on developing new opportunities with commercial properties, property managers, HOAs, and other decision-makers while expanding existing client relationships.

Qualified candidates will bring 5+ years of B2B sales in landscape maintenance, a proven pipeline record, and strong negotiation and closing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in landscape maintenance.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new commercial landscape maintenance opportunities throughout Middle Tennessee.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, developers, HOA decision-makers, and industry partners.
• Develop, present, negotiate, and follow up on proposals and bids.
