Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in commercial services.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from initiation to closing.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through client relationships and regular communication.
• Create proposals in response to bid requests.
• Research engagement opportunities at public meetings, trade shows, and industry publications for marketing exposure.
• Coordinate with the estimation team to ensure timely and accurate bids.
• Collaborate with sales peers to develop marketing plans across the organization.
• Keep accurate notes on sales calls and meetings; complete records promptly.
