Job summary

LMC Landscape Partners is hiring a Business Development Representative in Orlando, FL. The role sources, cold calls and closes new business for commercial landscaping maintenance. The ideal candidate is polished, assertive, and results-driven with a history of meeting B2B sales targets.

This full-time position offers base salary plus commission, annual incentive bonus, and a car allowance. Typical hours are 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for growth within a growing partnership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive B2B business development/sales experience, ideally in landscaping or facility services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract closing.
• Hit or exceed sales targets for new or existing customers; upsell where possible.
• Document activities and forecast pipeline; communicate with management.
