Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop new business in Fairfield, NJ. You will meet with decision-makers, conduct extensive calls and face-to-face visits, and manage accounts through the sales lifecycle.

The role requires daily prospecting, detailed documentation in the automated system, and coordination of quarterly plans and presentations to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Meet with decision-makers to assess needs and secure accounts.
• Daily/weekly outreach with a mix of phone and in-person calls.
• Document calls in the automated system and set next actions to advance prospects.
• Develop a quarterly sales plan identifying new clients and opportunities.
• Coordinate activities for Top 20 Hit List prospects.
• Research accounts, arrange meetings, and coordinate presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up regularly with key accounts and develop value-added opportunities.
• Prepare daily sales plans to target companies and offices.
• Sell all product and service lines to clients.
• Deliver the Client Care Packet to new clients.
• Maintain accurate activity in the CRM and forecast future opportunities.
