You’ll spend four days weekly in the field, prospecting, meeting owners and HR leaders, and delivering staffing solutions. Compensation includes a $50,000 base with unlimited commission potential and performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and generating your own leads.
• Confidence selling by phone and in person.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan and manage a sales territory.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Ability to research businesses and identify potential opportunities.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Outlook.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
• Make consistent cold calls and prospecting calls throughout the week.
• Conduct in-person prospecting and visit businesses throughout your territory.
• Identify decision-makers and create relationships with business owners, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations.
• Ask questions, uncover workforce challenges, and recommend staffing solutions.
• Follow up persistently and professionally until you earn the business—or determine it’s not a fit.
• Develop and execute a Top 20 prospect strategy.
• Research businesses and identify where staffing solutions can create value.
• Negotiate, close, and onboard new clients.
