Power Dry is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative in Columbus, OH to front our growth by building referral partnerships with plumbing companies and insurance agents. You will cultivate relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and represent Power Dry in the market.

The role offers a strong earning potential with a six-figure pay range including base plus commission, and comprehensive benefits. Travel locally and regionally is required as you connect with partners and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate referral-based business.
• Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and independence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish new referral relationships with plumbing companies and insurance agents.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Represent Power Dry at networking events and educational sessions.
• Track leads, activity, and opportunities in CRM; meet monthly targets.
