Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, shape go-to-market plans, and drive revenue across the Amazon Business Services organization.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Business teams to source, vet, and secure customer opportunities, while leading cross-functional efforts and communicating progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and size opportunities to unlock new Services customers and enable incremental spend.
• Partner with cross functional teams to grow the Amazon Business Services business.
• Work independently to deliver results in an ambiguous environment.
• Compile, manage and report on project metrics weekly, and lead high profile meetings to align on project requirements and feature prioritization.
