Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in outside sales, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across a variety of industries and company sizes.

• Create and maintain strong client partnerships that support long-term success.
• Collaborate daily with branch leaders on sales strategy and performance.
• Represent Ōnin in the community through networking and outreach efforts.
