Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue. In this role, you will generate new business across industries, conduct outreach, and partner with branch teams to deliver staffing solutions that solve workforce challenges in our communities.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in outside sales or business development, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across a variety of industries and company sizes
• Conduct door knocks, cold calls, and client meetings to meet weekly activity goals
• Build and manage a diverse, strategic prospect list
• Create and maintain strong client partnerships that support long-term success
• Collaborate daily with branch leaders on sales strategy and performance
• Represent Ōnin in the community through networking and outreach efforts
