Hire Consulting Services is seeking a Director of Business Development in the greater Stamford area to lead high-value B2B sales with Fortune 1000 clients and complex professional services solutions. You will identify opportunities, craft entry strategies, build relationships with key decision makers, and coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver compelling value propositions.

The role requires a stable career history, a bachelor degree, and the ability to work in a hybrid office setting

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
History of career stability with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years.
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsabilidades

Identify potential accounts, develop an account entry strategy, conduct prospecting campaigns, develop relationships and understand the customer’s critical business strategies, then work with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer’s business objectives.
