H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Director of Business Development in the Morristown, NJ area. The role requires a stable career history with no more than four jobs in the past ten years and a hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence at least three days per week.

The candidate will identify target accounts, devise entry strategies, run prospecting campaigns, and collaborate with subject matter experts to craft solutions that meet client business objectives for Fortune 1000 companies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
