Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee an assigned client area, drive retention and expansion of services, and supervise field staff. This outside B2B role requires coordinating contractors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

The FSM uses CRM for inspections, scheduling, and billing, with travel to client sites daily. Compensation includes salary plus commissions and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience.
• Experience with client retention metrics preferred.
• Comfort with field visits and coordinating site operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client relationships including retention and expansion.
• Develop service strategy and schedule for each client.
• Negotiate contracts for additional services and pricing.
• Oversee contractor relationships and compliance.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections.
• Supervise Night Managers and route service delivery.
• Communicate client issues to operations leadership promptly.
• Maintain client BIS and exhibits; update MSDS labeling.
