Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience.
• 2+ years track record in client retention with measurable goals.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Positive, outgoing personality with relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships including retention, expansion, and diversification.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services, including pricing and staffing.
• Manage contractor relationships end-to-end from hiring to performance oversight.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-through.
• Supervise Night Managers to execute client strategy and service delivery.
• Coordinate procurement of supplies and monitor associated costs.
• Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts in your territory.
• Maintain updated route sheets and client facility records.
