Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Savannah, GA is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations of an assigned client contracted service area. This outside, B2B role focuses on managing client relationships, contract negotiations, and coordinating with contractors to ensure high satisfaction.

You will train and guide site teams, schedule visits, update BIS and FSM sheets, and travel locally to client locations daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience.
• 2+ years track record of success in client retention with measurable goals.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client relationships, including retention and expansion.
• Formulate and manage a service strategy tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services.
• Oversee Contractor relationships: hiring, pricing, contracts, and specs.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow‑through.
• Supervise Night Managers and ensure service execution.
• Coordinate scheduling and communications via CRM and Outlook.
