Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B collections or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience managing large customer accounts, rather than primarily high-volume collections.
• Strong collections, reconciliation, and account research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work down outstanding accounts quickly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections for large B2B customer accounts.
• Monitor AR aging and prioritize past‑due balances.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.
• Proactively work down account balances and reduce aging.
• Research and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and apply payments accurately.
• Maintain detailed collection notes and follow‑up activity.
• Partner with Billing, Sales, Finance, and customers to resolve account issues.
• Provide updates on collection activity and outstanding balances.
• Support month‑end AR and collections reporting.
