Qualifications

• Experience with collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email.
• Researching issues on customer accounts and escalating internally as needed.
• Identify slow-paying customers and recommend collection candidates.
• Prepare and send monthly customer statements.
• Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly.
• Process customer credit applications.
