Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to retain and grow relationships with major auto groups in the Central Region. You will build trust with dealership decision makers, become a trusted business partner, and drive adoption of our inventory and analytics tools.

You will coordinate in-store visits, virtual sessions, and executive business reviews to demonstrate value, identify opportunities, and lead quarterly campaigns that respond to market trends and product rollouts.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic account management with major clients.
• Ability to analyze dealership operations and identify value opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Retain major auto groups by building trust with dealership decision makers.
• Coordinate store visits, Zoom sessions, and proactive outreach to drive adoption.
• Lead business reviews and showcase how ACV Auctions tools improve operations and profitability.
• Plan quarterly campaigns to align with market and product launches.
• Monitor usage and outcomes, and upsell where appropriate.
