Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Seattle seeks an Attendance Performance Manager to oversee attendance compliance, track records, and administer the point system. This role ensures fair disciplinary actions, supports operational efficiency, and adheres to company policies and legal requirements.

The position partners with HR and leadership to address attendance issues, develop incentive programs, and maintain accurate records across unionized environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in Operations, workforce management or HR.
• Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems.
• Strong MS Office and Adobe skills (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate attendance records in AOD.
• Administer attendance point system with timely updates.
• Monitor attendance trends and identify policy violations.
• Partner with HR and leadership to address attendance issues.
• Develop attendance incentive programs.
• Enforce attendance and conduct policies with consistent discipline.
• Document disciplinary actions and obtain HR approval.
