Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, workforce management and/or human resources.
• Proficiency with HRIS, timekeeping systems, and AOD.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and disciplinary documentation skills.
• Experience in union environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate attendance records (absences, tardiness, leave).
• Administer attendance point system with timely updates.
• Monitor attendance trends and address policy violations.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on attendance issues.
• Develop attendance incentive programs to encourage positive behavior.
• Enforce attendance and conduct policies with consistent disciplinary actions.
• Execute and document disciplinary procedures per policy and law.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws related to attendance and discipline.
• Produce regular attendance reports and insights for leadership.
• Train supervisors on tracking systems and disciplinary processes.
