Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for planning, execution, and delivery of high‑risk assurance engagements.
• Lead technical guidance on accounting standards and SEC reporting.
• Direct preparation of external financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Mentor senior managers and drive succession planning.
• Lead firm-wide initiatives including methodology enhancement and business development.
