Sorren in Idaho is seeking a seasoned Assurance leader to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of high-risk audits, reviews, and related engagements. You will serve as the technical authority on US GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB standards, and SEC reporting, guiding complex accounting issues and external reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in assurance, CPA license, and strong leadership to mentor managers and collaborate with clients and regulators.

Formación

• Requires CPA license and a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading assurance engagements, including high-risk audits.
• Authoritative expertise in U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and SEC regulations, with ability to interpret complex standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic oversight for planning, execution, and delivery of complex assurance engagements (audits, reviews, agreed-upon procedures).
• Lead technical authority on GAAP/GAAS/PCAOB standards and SEC reporting guidance.
• Review and approve major deliverables, including financial statements and internal controls communications.
• Mentor senior managers and managers, supporting succession planning and technical growth.
• Drive process improvement, adopt new tools/workflows, and coordinate with external auditors and regulators.
