Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a business development professional to target associations and drive sales in designated markets. You will develop strategic approaches, run discovery meetings, and collaborate with corporate and operations teams to present services.

You will build relationships with Association Boards, manage proposals, and negotiate contracts while achieving growth targets. Travel locally and to events is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related experience required.
• Minimum three years in business development or association industry.
• Experience developing at least six proposals for sponsors.
• Ability to influence and persuade to achieve outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willingness to travel in own vehicle.
• Experience with proposal, pricing and contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate markets and develop a strategic sales approach to target associations.
• Establish discovery meetings and introductory presentations for KWPM services.
• Support presentations with corporate and operational teams in the market.
• Maintain relationships with association boards and ensure smooth transitions.
• Build knowledge of the association industry and related professionals for referrals.
• Lead participation in tradeshows, networking groups and industry events.
• Conduct lead generation campaigns and formulate standard proposals for RFPs.
• Collaborate on association-specific contracts and negotiate through to signatures.
• Attend regional and district meetings; report weekly on sales activities.
• Develop ongoing association board relationships to generate new leads.
