Qualifications

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Comfort with travel and after-hours activities

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute strategic sales initiatives for long-term growth
• Lead high-impact client acquisition in competitive markets
• Identify and engage decision makers including HOA Boards and developers
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to generate leads, craft proposals, and close deals
• Deliver compelling presentations and navigate complex negotiations

• Drive CRM excellence (Salesforce) for lead nurturing
• Build and leverage relationships in the community association and vendor services ecosystem
• Identify growth opportunities within existing territories
• Represent the company at key industry events and client engagements
