Job summary

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to target Associations and grow KWPMC's management portfolio in designated markets. You will build relationships, present services, and lead proposals from discovery through contract.

Travel locally to events and meetings, conduct market analyses, and coordinate with corporate teams to deliver tailored associations contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business, science or related discipline or Associate’s Degree with related experience.
3+ years in business development or association industry; experience supporting multiple proposals.
Able to influence, persuade and negotiate to achieve outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate markets and develop strategic sales approaches to target Associations.
Establish discovery meetings and introduce KWPMC services to Associations.
Collaborate with corporate and operational teams for presentations and proposals.
Maintain relationships with Association Boards and coordinate contracts.
Track sales activities and generate new leads through events and referrals.
Travel locally for meetings and industry events as needed.
