Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a seasoned business development professional to target associations in designated markets in Florida. You will lead discovery meetings, present KWPMC services, and collaborate with corporate teams to close contracts.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to travel and manage association relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with related experience.
• At least three years in industry business development or association arena.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel in own vehicle.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate designated markets and develop a strategic sales approach to target associations.
• Establish discovery meetings and introductory presentations for KWPMC services.
• Collaborate with corporate/operational teams to support presentations.
• Maintain positive relationships with Association Boards and drive referrals.
• Lead proposals, RFPs, and contract discussions with associations.
