Job summary

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING in Orlando, FL seeks a results-driven Business Development professional to target associations, present KWPMC services, and grow the client base. You will collaborate with corporate and operational teams to deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and transition new associations to KWPM while maintaining strong relationships with boards.

Travel locally is required. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Associate degree and at least three years in industry

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (business, science or related) or Associate’s degree with related experience.
At least three years experience in industry business development or Association industry-related arena.
Ability to influence and persuade to achieve outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel in own vehicle.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with proposals, pricing and contract processes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate markets and develop a strategic sales approach to target Associations.
Establish discovery meetings and present KWPMC services.
Collaborate with corporate and operational teams for full presentations.
Maintain relationships with Association Boards and assist in transitions to KWPM.
Develop association-specific contracts and negotiate through to signatures.
Attend regional meetings and report on outcomes weekly.
Generate new leads through networking, seminars, and events.
Support organizational functions of the team.
