KW Property Management seeks a driven business development professional to lead sales initiatives targeting homeowner associations and related entities in the Tampa area. You will craft strategic market approaches, conduct discovery meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to present our management services.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in association-related business development, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close proposals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of industry business development or association industry experience with development of multiple proposals.
• Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and be able to travel in own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate designated markets and develop a strategic sales approach to target Associations.
• Establish discovery meetings and present KWPMC services to Associations.
• Collaborate with KWPMC corporate and operations teams in the designated market for presentations.
• Assist in smooth transition to KWPM and maintain positive relationships with Association Boards.
• Build relationships with Association professionals and vendors for referrals and opportunities.
• Evaluate markets for KWPMC service marketing, including tradeshows and events.
• Perform lead generation activities including cold calling and email campaigns.
• Prepare standard proposals or RFPs for Associations seeking new management.
• Work with executives to develop association-specific contracts and finalize commitments.
