Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of community associations. You will supervise property managers, ensure KWPM standards are met, and drive client satisfaction through strong leadership and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, monitoring finances, coordinating capital improvements, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This role requires travel up to 60% and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong managerial background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements/audits, blueprints, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
• Must have valid Florida driver’s license.
• Must be able to react to emergencies in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive client relationships with BOD, unit owners, residents, vendors and staff.
• Monitor properties to ensure compliance with company standards; review monthly reports and coach PMs.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with property managers.
• Monitor cash flow and overall financial health of clients.
• Provide recommendations on capital improvement projects and review delinquencies/collections.
• Monitor contracts for insurance and legal services; assist in major procurement processes.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing property managers; provide guidance and coaching.
• Communicate policy changes to clients and managers; stay current with statutes and community documents.
