Job summary

Renuity, LLC seeks an Associate General Counsel to serve as a strategic business partner, handling complex contracts, regulatory issues, employment matters, and litigation management. The role supports enterprise-wide initiatives while backing up the General Counsel and leading legal operations across the organization.

You will collaborate with executives and functional leaders to mitigate risk and enable growth, overseeing licensing, governance, and multi-state compliance efforts as the company

Qualifications

• JD required with bar membership in good standing.
• 10+ years of legal experience in law firm and in-house roles preferred.
• Expertise in commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, employment, and litigation management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, employment, litigation, licensing, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, marketing, technology, and services agreements.
• Lead or supervise legal operations, housing policy, and cross-functional training.
• Manage outside counsel, litigation budgets, and discovery workflows.
