Job summary

Collectivus Holdings, a diversified group in the Collecting, Trading Card Game, and Hobby sectors, seeks an Associate General Counsel (Remote) to support contracts, governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage contract workflows, liaise with outside counsel, and collaborate with Finance, People, and Operations to advance business priorities.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Approximately 4–6 years of relevant legal experience (in-house and/or law firm)
• Strong contracting experience across drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business agreements

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor, service, consulting, partnership, licensing).
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage legal spend and engagement letters.
• Maintain corporate records and govern entity management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Create centralized repositories for contracts and legal documents; manage deadlines and renewals.
• Support policy development, compliance initiatives, and cross-functional business initiatives.
