Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Associate Director, Creator Management for Influential to lead day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. This role will head the east coast campaign management team while collaborating with Client Management and Creative groups and building relationships with creators across social platforms.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in digital advertising/influencer marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record managing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital/advertising/influencer marketing
• Experience managing multiple 6–7 figure projects in fast-paced environments
• Expert negotiating skills and managing six figure budgets
• Extensive network of managers/agents or influencer contacts
• Direct experience with on-site influencer activations
• Knowledge of offline and online media space and brand relationships
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking and timelines
• Comfortable in a startup environment and cross-functional influence
• Familiar with major social platforms and trends
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns
• Build and execute creator strategies, refine success metrics, and introduce new metrics
• Support training in planning, audience reporting, and use of research tools
• Liaise between campaign management and account management, analytics, and operations
• Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management
• Understand the relationship between brand, media, and consumer across online/offline
• Stay informed on influencer marketing space and industry trends
• Maintain schedules and records with strong organizational skills
• Collaborate cross-functionally and participate in feedback-driven improvements
