Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to own the lifecycle performance of all assets in the BU, including fleet management, product line analysis, and profitability across locations.

This role oversees $6.8B in assets and 188,000+ vehicles, coordinating asset processes with sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, RVS, and finance. You will lead asset reviews, drive cross-functional collaboration, and report to the Director of Asset Management, shaping strategies to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Rental, Operations, or asset management.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet performance and asset lifecycle within designated area.
• Coordinate asset calls and reviews across BU.
• Analyze margin performance and location profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Rental, Maintenance.
• Manage and redeploy assets and underperforming units.
• Report to Asset Management Director with weekly updates.
