Salem Sports, Inc. in Kernersville, NC seeks a Client Asset Coordinator to own end-to-end deployment of client-owned assets across the event cycle, from planning and on-site execution to return and reconciliation.

You will author annual asset plans, drive teardown sequencing, manage pull/pack/staging, train crews, and enforce standard work, with success measured by plan accuracy and field outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and hold a multi-event deployment plan and foresee conflicts before shortages.
• Credibility with field crews and ability to earn compliance through presence and consistency.
• Bias to action with a strong sense of urgency; comfortable making the call and owning the outcome.
• Hands-on approach; willing to handle, stage, and load product personally.
• Ability to read install drawings, venue layouts, and load plans.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counts and data entry.
• Root-cause problem solving with measurable impact in hours and dollars.
• Working knowledge of inventory or warehouse management software; strong Excel skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication under time pressure; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual asset plan aligned with the event calendar and approve it with leadership.
• Drive teardown sequencing so assets leave sites in the order needed by the next event.
• Generate event manifests from the plan and revise as scope changes.
• Coordinate pull, pack, and staging to support single-piece flow at the site.
• Direct field crews on asset handling, tagging, install sequence, and return process.
• Submit post-event debriefs detailing losses, hours, costs, and corrective actions.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and field ops.
