Qualifications

• Experience in administrative coordination, service operations, equipment coordination or a related role.
• Strong Excel proficiency with formulas, lookup functions, sorting and tracking.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Teams; ERP or inventory system experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and professional handling of conversations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation, assignment, shipment, return, and tracking of tools, equipment, meters, and parts.
• Prepare equipment packages for new technicians and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory records, technician assignments, and calibration certificates.
• Monitor calibration deadlines and coordinate kit returns, calibration, and replacements.
• Respond to technician requests, prioritize urgent needs, and resolve routine issues.
• Use Excel to reconcile records, track outstanding items, and prepare reports.
• Support ERP implementation by organizing records and learning new workflows.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding equipment availability, repairs, and shipments.
• Provide administrative support to Field Service leadership and communicate deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
