Sixth Street seeks a Transaction Manager for its Asset Based Finance team in New York. You will structure and manage asset-backed financings, securitizations and platform investments, coordinating diligence, documentation and closing processes to ensure smooth transactions.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in financings or capital markets, a JD with bar admission, and strong collaboration with counsel, underwriters and rating agencies.

Qualifikationen

• JD degree and bar in good standing with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in securitization and capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of securities regulatory policy and related issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Direct transaction processes from diligence through closing.
• Coordinate licensing, filings and deal participants; review asset eligibility.
• Engage with diligence providers, underwriters, custodians, rating agencies and counsel.
• Identify improvements to transaction workflows and loops with internal teams.
