Sixth Street is seeking a senior corporate attorney based in New York to manage the day-to-day legal aspects of new investments. You will be part of the Legal team, collaborating with Investing and Core teams on complex financings and acquisitions.

The role emphasizes deal execution, structuring, risk assessment, and effective coordination with deal professionals and portfolio teams. A minimum of seven years’ corporate experience is preferred, with US bar membership optional.

Formación

• Seven years of corporate legal experience preferred.
• Broad familiarity with complex financial transactions and capital markets.
• Bar membership in the US is not required for the attorney.

Responsabilidades

• Issue spotting and negotiating legal aspects of new investments and transactions.
• Structure and implement transaction structures with tax and deal teams.
• Execute deal term sheets, signings and closings.
• Oversee legal aspects of management of existing investments and exits.
• Draft and review third‑party communications and investor materials.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and service providers.
