Job summary

Sixth Street seeks a Transaction Manager for its Asset Based Finance team in New York. You will structure and manage asset-backed financings, securitizations and platform investments while coordinating with rating agencies, diligence providers and external counsel.

You will work closely with ABF specialists to review diligence, ensure regulatory compliance and drive efficiencies across transaction cycles. A JD and 4+ years in relevant finance work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in financings, securitization and capital markets transactions, preferably with a major law firm or corporate law department.
• Strong understanding of securities, ABS, MBS, CMBS markets and related policy issues.
• JD required with good standing in a state Bar and at least four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct transaction processes including reviewing due diligence and legal documentation.
• Close credit financings, securitizations and other business arrangements.
• Coordinate with diligence providers, underwriters, custodians, rating agencies and external counsel.
• Provide insights and support on program improvements and transaction cycle efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the ABF platform and legal, tax and compliance.
