Sixth Street seeks an Investing Associate for its Asset Based Finance team in New York. You will analyze, underwrite and execute corporate finance transactions across industries, with emphasis on assets and platforms in various markets.

Formación

• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Superior valuation, modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience evaluating financial assets in FI setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities including valuation and financial modeling.
• Prepare and present due diligence materials and investment committee memos.
• Monitor portfolio companies and value investments on a quarterly basis.
• Interact with external counterparties to negotiate terms and structure transactions.
