Qualifications

• Experience in financings, securitization and capital markets transactions preferably with a major law firm or corporate law department.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory policy issues affecting securities and ABS, MBS, and CMBS markets.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to effectively advise teams in collaboration with counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing in a state Bar with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

The Role

Sixth Street is seeking a dynamic Transaction Manager to join our expanding ABF team. In this role, you will manage and lead transactions, focusing on asset-backed financing, securitizations, and platform investments across various asset classes. You will work side-by-side with the ABF business negotiating legal documentation, driving and reviewing diligence and managing life cycle events. Candidates should have strong interpersonal, analytical and writing skills, superior academic credentials as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
