Job summary

Sixth Street is seeking a dynamic Transaction Manager for its market leading Asset Based Finance team. You will lead and manage transactions across asset-backed financing, securitizations and platform investments, negotiating legal documentation and guiding due diligence.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to close deals and drive lifecycle events. The role demands strong analytical, interpersonal and writing skills, with JD and bar admission.

Qualifications

• Experience in financings, securitization and capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of securities policy issues affecting ABS, MBS, and CMBS markets.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with counsel and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transaction processes, including negotiating legal documentation and reviewing due diligence.
• Close credit financings and securitization transactions.
• Oversee critical third-party relationships including external counsel and diligence providers.
• Provide insights and support on program improvements and innovations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the ABF business and broader Sixth Street platform.
