Job summary

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in business development, capture, or opportunity shaping within the Army community.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or substituted with additional years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, government contracting, and competitive landscape.
Ability to build relationships, develop strategies, and drive opportunities independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and shape new Army opportunities aligned with Agile Defense's objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior Army leaders and programs.
Lead responses to RFIs and other early BD deliverables; support capture and proposal phases.
Collaborate across capture, pricing, solution and delivery teams to shape opportunities.
Provide strategic updates on opportunity pipelines and advise on market intelligence.
