Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Army Business Development Director to lead account growth and new business development across DoD/Army customers.

You will manage customer relationships, qualify opportunities, and shape win strategies while coordinating with engineers, partners, and OEMs. The role requires a track record of closing multi-year, multi-million-dollar wins and strong familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales/BD/capture experience within the DoD/Army environment.
• Proven ability to grow a pipeline with year-over-year growth or major gov projects.
• Familiarity with forecasting tools and CRM (Salesforce), SharePoint and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of account growth, new business development and customer relationships.
• Develop a pipeline of new opportunities for assigned sectors and target captures.
• Prepare for gate reviews and briefs; coordinate with partners and OEMs.
• Drive win strategy during assessment phase and oversee opportunity lifecycle.
