Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and monitor aging reports to identify past-due accounts.
• Contact customers daily by phone, email, and letters to request payment.
• Negotiate settlements and establish realistic repayment schedules.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate fixes with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and status updates.
• Prepare and maintain collection status reports for management.
