Payoneer Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner forAsia Pacific, with primary focus in China, to join a fast-growing global fintech business. Shanghai onsite, full‑time role requiring 5+ years in recruitment and strong bilingual English/Chinese skills.

You will align regional hiring needs with business goals, source top talent, and manage end-to-end interview processes, offers, and onboarding while promoting diversity and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recruitment and sourcing experience.
• In-house recruitment experience with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence both onsite and remotely.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; familiar with China talent landscape.

Responsibilities

• Align region objectives with hiring goals and business strategy.
• Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
• Gather job requirements with hiring managers and craft on-brand descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, LinkedIn, and events; build pipelines in ATS/CRM.
• Screen and coordinate interviews; manage offers and background checks.
• Promote the employer brand and support inclusive recruitment practices.
• Track metrics such as time-to-hire and quality of hire; drive process improvements.
