We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven APAC Business Process Manager to join our APAC Operations Center of Excellence (COE) team. This role will play a critical role in driving operational transformation across the region, with a primary focus on process automation, governance excellence, service model strategy, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact initiatives, from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation, change management, and benefit realization. Working closely with Operations leadership and cross-functional partners, they will design and scale operating models, standardize processes, strengthen governance frameworks, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, proven project management expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels. The ideal candidate brings experience from a top-tier consulting firm, financial services institution, or high-growth technology organization, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex transformation initiatives and delivering sustainable business value through process optimization, automation, and organizational change.

What you’ll do

• Lead operational transformation initiatives across APAC by identifying improvement opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance service models, operating procedures, and governance frameworks to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management.
• Drive process automation and digitization programs by partnering with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to streamline workflows, eliminate manual effort, and improve operational visibility.
• Manage cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, from problem identification and business requirements gathering through implementation, change management, and post-launch optimization.
• Establish performance measurement and reporting frameworks to monitor operational health, evaluate business impact, and support data-driven decision making.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions, influence priorities, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data, frontline insights, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational excellence.

Who you are

• 5+ years in Business Process Management, Operations Transformation, Program Management, Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Operations, Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders.
• Strong process improvement and workflow design expertise.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, workflow automation, and reporting platforms (Salesforce, Power Automate, Power BI or equivalent).
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and regions.
